Healthy Groceries

Sometimes it's hard to know what kinds of foods to get when you are trying to eat healthier or cleaner.  So I am going to make it easier for you by creating a list of healthy, body nurishing foods that you can choose from.  But remember, this is a large list meant to give you ideas and be an example of the kinds of foods you should be eating (and it's not even all there is).  Don't go to the store and buy everything at once!  :)

A quick note here at the end.  You want to try to buy organic whenever you can.  I know it can be more expensive, but your health is worth it.  Just do what you can.
